NOTIFICATION OF
ADMISSION FEE
PAYMENT PROCEDURE
A) FOR PAYMENT AT THE BANK, FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW:
Important Notice
Kindly note that the payment process is only completed when the pin and
Receipt number received at the bank is successfully uploaded onto the Student Portal.
- Step 1: Login to the Admission portal and Click on “Application Status”
- Step 2: Parents/guardians should make sure the Admitted Student knows this process.
- Step 3: Scroll down and on the Line of Notification of Admission click on “Click here to print”
- Step 4: Proceed to the bank with the Notification of Admission Slip (Application Number is the Registration Number)
- Step 5: List of Banks:
- GTbank- Any Bank Branch Only or Internet Banking or The Bank App as Well.
- CMFB-Covenant Microfinance Bank- Canaanland Branch Only.
- Zenith Bank-Any Bank Branch.
- Ecobank- Any Bank Branch.
- UBA-Any Bank Branch
- First Bank Of Nigeria-Any Bank Branch.
- Step 6. A printout with PIN and RECEIPT NUMBER will be given to you at the bank.
- Step 7. Login back to the Admission portal.
- Step 8: Click on Application Status, click on ‘Click here to Accept Offer”
- Step 9: You will be redirected to the Student Portal:(https://cuportal.covenantuniversity.edu.ng)
- Step 10: Create a new password and confirm (Note that the password is case sensitive)
- Step 11: Note, your Username is the Registration Number (Application Number) while the password is the password from Step 10 above.
- Step 12: Click on “Student Account” on the Home page of the Student Portal.
- Step 13: Click on “Make payment”
- Step 14: Select CU PIN
- Step 15: Enter the amount paid at the bank (for example, 500350)
- Step 16: Click outside the Enter Pin Amount Space (Confirm that this is the payment you wish to make).
- Step 17: Then Click on Proceed
- Step 18: Enter the PIN and Receipt Number purchased from the bank.
- Step 19: Click on PAY
- Step 20: Transaction should be successful (If transaction is unsuccessful, Contact 08065276461-Whatsapp messages Only).
- Step 21: If payment is Successful, Click on Resumption Icon and fill Resumption Forms, Print Hall Clearance.
B) ATM CARD OPTION: (INTERSWITCH)
- Step 1: Login to the Admission portal and Click on “Application Status”
- Step 2: Parents/guardians should make sure the Admitted Student knows this process.
- Step 3: Scroll down the Application Status Page and click on “Click here to accept offer” on the Acceptance Line.
- Step 4: You will be redirected to the Student Portal (https://cuportal.covenantuniversity.edu.ng)
- Step 5: Create a new password and confirm (Note that the password is case sensitive)
- Step 6. Note, your Username is the Registration Number (Application Number) while the password is the is the password from Step 5 above.
- Step 7. Click on “Student Account” on the Home page of the Student Portal.
- Step 8: Click on “Make payment”
- Step 9: Select Interswitch (it directs you to the Interswitch payment platform)
- Step 10: Enter the amount you choose to pay (Note that there is an extra charge on any card transaction)
- Step 11: If Successful, you are redirected back to the portal (If transaction is unsuccessful, Contact 08065276461-whatsapp Messages Only.)
- Step 12: If payment is Successful, Click on Resumption Icon and fill Resumption Forms, Print Hall Clearance.
